The body is also known as the Terrain. This comes from the belief behind the Terrain Theory, which is a Theory from the 1800's. A theory which competes with Germ Theory.
Terrain Theory states that the more a person becomes unhealthy the more out of balance their body is, which makes them more susceptible to illness, which in turn will make them even more sick when they come into contact with germs or a virus.
Think of it as being a bit like gardening. If you want a good harvest from your veg plot you have to have good soil. Manures, mulches, fish blood and bone meal. You don’t wait until your veg looks a bit weak and rotting before trotting out the insecticide – you prepare the ground first and don’t need the insecticide.
Your body is exactly the same. If you keep filling it with junk you will be more susceptible to illness. In an ideal world we would all be eating healthy, exercising daily and keeping in good shape and living to a ripe old age.
But we don't live in an ideal world and there are lots of toxins and stress everywhere we look.
Toxins in our food supply, water supply, air supply, in our clothes, in plastics, in products we use, shampoos, shower gels, face creams, parasites in our body, which all bring stress, illness and diseases.
Just look at the word DISEASE (DIS-EASE), meaning that you are not at ease.
There have been many studies showing that those suffering from Alzheimer's and Dementia have an overload of Aluminium in their brains. Aluminium is a toxic heavy metal that is deadly to our bodies.
A lot of our illnesses come from a toxic overload due to a build up of heavy metals and also man-made chemicals in our body. This can come from amalgam (mercury) fillings in your mouth, tin foil, tinned food, tap water, processed food, shampoos, toiletries, plastic containers and bottles, the air we breathe and much more.
